Alliance and Leicester reduces three and five year fixed rate mortgages

The Three Year Fixed Rate FeeSaver is being reduced to 6.24 per cent from 6.39 per cent, fixed until 30 November 2010 then Standard Variable Rate applies. There is no product fee and customers can borrow up to 95 per cent of the property value. There is a free valuation and re-mortgage customers can get ВЈ250 cashback of a free mortgage transfer. Maximum loan is ВЈ1m.
